 The first in a four part series of home food preservation workshops offered by the Killingly Agricultural Commission, Killingly Community Garden & Killingly Grange

 Presented by Diane Hirsch, UCONN Extension Educator

 The program will discuss: 

  • Selection and preparation of produce for canning
  • Basic canning methods for fruits and vegetables
  • Water bath and pressure canner processing
